  1. ooooh… that stuff reeaaally gets to me. Not a fun way to spend a morning! I think the last time I used AT&T it took three months to get them to cancel a service that was never actually turned on!! AAAck!

  2. If you were spiritual (like me), you would have used the time to fast and pray. I lost 6 pounds last week on hold with Comcast, on a cable tv issue.
